My Journey
A few years ago, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and poor sleep. My mind was constantly racing, and I felt trapped in negativity. By chance, I discovered Tibetan singing bowls during a workshop. That day was life-changing—I finally experienced restful sleep, relaxation, and happiness. Inspired by this transformation, I became a certified Singing Bowl Sound Therapist to help others, especially my lash family, find the same peace and healing.
Why It Matters
Life is demanding, especially for women juggling work, family, and countless responsibilities. Hormonal changes and stress often make it even harder to relax or sleep. Singing bowls have been my lifeline, even during difficult times, like my brother’s cancer journey. They bring me peace and resilience, and I want to share that gift with you.

How It Works
Tibetan singing bowls work through the Law of Vibration to restore balance and promote relaxation:
